Product Description: This sculptured occasional chair, inspired by the early 20th century French designer D'Armand Albert Rateau, unites modernity with antiquity. The smooth curve of the reeded arm-fronts and legs is reminiscent of Egyptian and Greek forms, while the squared shape of the back and the soft, upholstered look are in keeping with contemporary styling. A continuous double band of moulding wraps the legs and seat, providing a strong horizontal tie. This chair requires 4.5 yards of fabric.
