Kidney pillow standard. Tapered legs. The name Sorbonne refers to the University of Paris, dating to the 13th century. This dramatic European-height chair ranks among Mr. Garcia's most versatile designs. It appears in both his modern Paris apartment and his 17th-century Chateau.
