Product Description: This design was inspired by the notched facade of the Stoclet Palace - the masterpiece of Vienna Secession architect Josef Hoffmann and one of the most recognized homes of the 20th century. Much like the Stoclet Palace, which brought a rectilinear look to a Brussels dominated by the natural themes of the Art Nouveau, Laura Kirar routinely mixes organic and geometric shapes. As the word abrazo suggests, this chair hugs and holds the user. While the recessed back is unusual, the angle and curve of the back deliver unexpected comfort. That same upholstered back also creates an opportunity for a strong color statement including a combination fabric.
